Tonight at dinner, Liam asked for a napkin... Then immediately asked for a moo napkin. When i told him we only have orange flower napkins, no more moo napkins, Liam replied "just gor my farm party?"

In what is apparently our annual Mother's Day outing... we all went to the zoo on saturday to celebrate mother's day. It was a slightly cold, but otherwise wonderful day!

I am trying to capture Liam making all his 'faces'. Currently he does: happy, sad, stinky face, mad, sleepy, silly and surprised... here are stinky face, happy and surprised!

26 Months Old!

What can I say... Liam is just growing up to be such a boy.  Had a hard time keeping him still for this picture!  It is hard to even pinpoint the milestones he is making these days as he is just doing everything!  Here are some highlights!

• Eating some more varied foods now.  Fruit and bread continue to be his favorites... although they are very closely followed by "hot noodles" aka Mac and Cheese :)
• Liam likes longer books now with more of a story line.  Current favorites include: Poky Little Puppy, Jack and the Beanstalk, Curious George (whoa inappropriate by the way), Duckling gets a Cookie, Farmyard Hullabaloo, Duck and Goose It's Time for Easter and all his other stand bys!
• Jumping!
• More temper and starting to push the discipline now.  When we tell him to sit he says 'NO!' and will slither away a few inches to see if you are going to do something about it!  He also threw his very first tantrum at school... threw a noodle!  His teachers didn't even know what to do with that one!
• His favorite teachers at school are Miss Joni (he says he is going to marry her), who is actually in his last room, but they share kids a lot and Miss Megan who is one of his current teachers.  He loves playing with Samantha, Avery, Connor, Vanessa, and Maha at school.  All of his teachers spoil him rotten and he is so loved there! 
• Cars and diggers are starting to be a staple in Liam's play...
• LOVES OUTSIDE!!!
• LOVES BIRDIES (and moos, neighs and all other farm animals)
• Likes to look for worms and tell what all the animals eat!
• Is now pretty fascinated with what Mommy and Daddy do at work.  Started with Daddy drink coffee at work and is now up to "Drink Coffee, emails, meetings"... pretty cute stuff!
• Rides a trike around the house... can reach the pedals... barely, but is trying to make them work!

We love you Liam... you are such a wonderful boy!

Dentist!

Liam went to Daddy's dentist appt this week so he could see what the dentist does! He warmed up after a few minutes and was very curious about all the things going on with Daddy's mouth! Liam gets to go next month fir his very first " teef" checkup... Wish us luck!
