I finally broke down. Evan's hair not only had a sizeable 'rat tail' down the back, but he had begun to get wings coming over his ears. I did it, I gave him a hair cut. He didn't love it and it is looking kind of patchy, but most of those long locks are cut and now he is officially a Big Boy. Mommy is officially not ready for this...
